Due to the great popularity of CELEBRATE and the fact that we cannot accept everyone, the Core group decided on the following procedure.

All brochures and forms were first sent out, via 1st Class Post, on 1st October 2008.

All replies were held until 10th October 2008, when they were opened at random, from 9.00 am onwards, and processed accordingly.    This meant that all forms received by 10th October had an equal chance of being booked into the conference.

The Conference is now largely full, although there a few adult places remain, as do some spaces on some of the children’s streams.   If you haven’t yet applied, it’s still worthwhile submitting a form anyway.

Also, there is a waiting list.  Generally speaking, in the past, adults on the Waiting List have been accepted before the Conference begins.

Note also, that whilst you may be successful in getting a late place at the Conference, it may well be that all on site accommodation will already have gone.  However, there is plenty of accommodation off-site in the area, and you are very welcome to make your own arrangements in Ilfracombe should you wish to.
