Due to the great popularity of Celebrate and the fact that we cannot accommodate everyone who wants to come, the Core Group decided on a procedure, which was used again this year.

All forms received prior to 26 September were kept unopened, until that date, when they were then opened  at random, from 9.00am onwards, and processed accordingly.  This means that all forms received by 26th September would have had an equal chance of being booked into the conference.

If you haven't been successful, you are welcome to join the Waiting List. Generally speaking in the past, adults on the Waiting List have been accepted before the Conference begins but the children's streams are often fully booked.

Travel
By Road: The M5 Motorway, and the A361 to Barnstaple and onto Ilfracombe. The coast road is very pretty but VERY SLOW.  Coach Services operate to Ilfracombe from some cities; there's an excellent coach service from London.
By Rail: to Barnstaple with local bus/coach service to Ilfracombe
