Just a  few Do's and Don'ts

Bookings
.

-
Anyone under 16 years of age and not accompanied by a parent or guardian must have a signed letter giving parental permission for them to attend CELEBRATE.  The letter should be sent to the Conference Secretary and should state which adult (friend, relative, youth leader, etc.) will be taking responsibility for them during the time they are at the Conference.
-
Bookings for chalets from young people under 16 years of age will not be accepted by the organisers unless there is an adult (18 years or above) in each chalet to take responsibility for that chalet.
Rules of Conduct

-
It is expected that all young people at the Conference will attend their streams, and will inform the leaders if for any reason they will not be present at any of the sessions.
-
In the interests of the whole Conference, everyone must be in their own chalets from midnight except in special circumstances.
-
Strictly no drugs are allowed on the John Fowler site or in the Conference building unless under prescription.  Anyone found in possession of illegal drugs will be sent home immediately.
-
Alcohol must not be brought onto the Conference site or purchased in the bar or supermarket by anyone under 18 years of age.  Adults are asked not to buy alcoholic drinks for those who are under age.

Trusting we may rely on your co-operation in fulfilling these conditions where applicable, and thanking you in advance for your understanding.

Sue Whitehead, Conference Secretary
