| Dear Friends
What a wonderful time we all had together - we
can hardly believe it's all over! The weekend was mightily blessed - the talks were amazing, the worship anointed and dramas
inspirational. The children and
young people went away
filled with the Holy Spirit, some of them saying
it was the best weekend of their lives! The conference included many

Children and Young Adults
|
We're always delighted by the
number of children and young people at CELEBRATE. In 2007, under
25s accounted for over 40% of all Celebrators. 2008 should be
no different, and so we've put together a varied and active programme
... see below for YOUR group!

Crèche
Ages 0-3
Lots of fun and play. Mums and Dads, come for a coffee
and a chat (and a snooze!)
We would only ask that 0-3’s have an adult with them at all times.
Also, please respect the age limit. Sometimes the older children
come along and can get boisterous.
If evening crèche is quiet and children 3+ want to play with
toys – that’s fine as long as they remember the tots. So everyone is happy!
See you there!
Love and Blessings
from Anne,
Jacintha and Martha and all on the Crèche
team.

How Much More? Year 7,8,9 We've got an action packed
weekend planned as we wonder "How Much More?" And I'm afraid, if you want
to know how much more of what and why, you'll have to wait for the weekend
(well, we've got to have a little suspense, haven't we?) Teaching, Games,
Prayer, Drama, Music, Sports, Film Night- we really do have it all! Can't wait to see you there!
FLAME ACADEMY Year
10, 11+
It’s great to be welcoming the ‘top youth’ to the first Guildford Celebrate
Weekend. FLAME Academy is our theme this year and we’re going to
explore and share how we can be truly fired up by God’s love through the
Holy Spirit, and, importantly, how we can keep this flame burning brightly.
Over two days we will pray together, talk, laugh (hopefully!) share
scripture, worship and express our love for God and all His blessings through
creative mediums such as music, art and drama. It’s a time when you can
develop your personal relationship with God, encounter the Holy Spirit
and share your faith with others around you. In all the excitement
don’t forget:-
- A Bible as we’ll be getting
nourished by the Word
- Packed lunch for both days
to be nourished by food
- Some scruffy stuff for when
we get messy with paint
- You could bring also bring a
bottle of water to drink
We’re really looking forward to seeing you all. Andy, Maria and
the team
