Dear Parents When
CELEBRATE started in 1994 our aim was to offer an opportunity for everyone
in the family to enjoy a relaxing spring week with good spiritual input.
We feel that this aim is being fulfilled, and the fact that with very little
promotion CELEBRATE has been fully booked each year indicates that people
enjoy and benefit from what is on offer
 The
Core Group have been particularly delighted that so many children and young
people have come each year, representing about half the total number present.
Some of the young people have started to invite friends from school or college
to come with them, and so we have been pleased to welcome a number who do
not have regular contact with a church or a Christian group. Whilst
this enthusiasm to be part of CELEBRATE is exciting and very welcome, it
has caused some difficulties for us as organisers. The Core Group have
therefore drawn up some guidelines to cover bookings, and some rules regarding
the participation and behaviour expected of those attending CELEBRATE.
We are doing this to avoid misunderstandings and in the best interests of
