“Be strong and courageous! For the Lord your God is with you wherever you go” (Joshua 1:9 NLT)
Celebrate Bristol is delighted to welcome you – newcomers, familiar faces; all ages, all denominations. Please bring your friends and families.
We look forward to being inspired and encouraged in our faith through moving talks, creative liturgy and exciting worship.
Expect great teachings, fun, inspiration, laughter, and miracles from our varied speakers!! This year we welcome Fr Paul Keane, Isaac Myers and, all the way from Dublin, Ronan Johnston! We also welcome the return of Steve Murray, with his stunning Mime ministry before each talk.
We invite everyone who has attended before to pray about someone else to invite to come along with them. We really do offer an all-round experience: babes in arms love it; so do our senior delegates...and everyone in between!
The Celebrate Weekend includes:
Adult programme with talks, seminars and workshops
Full Programme for 3-18s (‘Streams’)
Celebration of the Eucharist, Adoration & Reconciliation
Time for fellowship
Fr Paul Keane
Fr Paul is the Vice Rector and Dean of Studies at St Mary's College, Oscott, and a priest of the Diocese of Brentwood. Born in London, he read history at university. He was an Associate Member of the Sion Community and is a chaplain to Joel's Bar. He considers Celebrate conferences to have been a great blessing in his life as a Christian and a priest.
In 2010, Isaac encountered God's transforming presence in radical and personal way when God turned his life around at Catch The Fire, epicentre of the Father's Heart revival known as the 'Toronto Blessing'. After a year training at Catch The Fire's School of Ministry, Isaac moved to Cardiff and qualified as a medical doctor with an interest in oncology and teaching. He is extremely passionate about people encountering the life-changing presence of God, experiencing the Father's love and equipping believers in identity, hearing God's voice and in the spiritual gifts. Isaac has spent the past 12 months getting the privilege of watching the Father transform countless lives while working as a Pastoral Leader at the School of Ministry and is now pursuing further training in the health arena back in Cardiff.
Rónán and Joanne Johnston are worship leaders and teachers from County Wicklow in Ireland. With their band Emmaus, they have toured the world, released 14 albums of worship and contemporary Christian music with their band Emmaus. They were previously leaders of the Emmaus Community based in Dublin. Joanne worked for 20 years as a teacher and Rónán as a composer and producer of music for TV and film. They are both now psychotherapists working in the greater Dublin area. They continue to compose and record new worship material.
Rónán has written two books “Trust Surrender Believe Receive” and “”Light a Fire” about worship and how to fan it into flame in parishes and prayer groups. They are married (to each other) with two teenagers Naoise and Siún.

Creative Liturgy, Worship and Drama
Worship at Celebrate Bristol is a fundamental part of our time together. We are fortunate to have locals Simon Gibbs and Emma McMillan with us again to lead us in Worship through the weekend.
Steve Murray is a professional and established mime artist with an international ministry. He uses the art of mime to portray the Gospel message in a refreshing and non-threatening way. For more details about Steve and his ministry, as well as a promotional video check out Behold Ministries.
